MANAGEMENT UPDATE
The landscaping lights are now receiving power. There has been debate as to why there was no power. It appeared to be a problem with PSEG providing the power. Now that the power is working again, the timer will need to be checked to make sure it is functioning.
Received a letter from Marlton Meadows complaining of a skunk problem coming from Marlton Woods. The management company replied back that we have an exterminator that catches skunks and relocates them.
OLD BUSINESS
NEW BUSINESS Association requests that no dead evergreen trees be removed at this time. The chemical’s used by Land Tech and manufactured by Dupont to treat the trees, was causing the trees to die. Land Tech is in the process of trying to recover some funds from Dupont for the association.
Association will undertake a new irrigation project in 2012 that will be installed in three phases. The project timeline will be based on available funds in the budget.
Because of trash being strewn throughout the development, a letter will be sent to the homeowners about picking up trash in front of their property. The letter will also communicate the new bad check policy. The first bad check - $50; second bad check $100; and bad checks thereafter $250. Also, after two bad checks, a criminal action will be filed.
The second floor decks are starting to show wear. To maintain the integrity of the development, a letter will be sent to homeowners about treating their second floor deck by May 1, 2012.
HOMEOWNER CONCERNS
Trash is being strewn throughout the development with minimal effort to pick up the trash. Toppled recycling cans are causing this.
Residents are complaining about loud dumpster noises being heard in the early AM on Lippincott Drive behind the DSW shopping center. The waste management companies that service these dumpsters are causing these disruptions by picking up and dropping the dumpsters. There is a noise ordinance in Evesham Township and the police have been called several times. Summonses have been issued to the waste management companies who are causing these disruptions.
ADJOURNMENT
With no further business to discuss, the meeting was adjourned at 8:05.
Respectfully Submitted,
Marc Witte, Secretary
